Nutella Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love Nutella. And I love cookies. So I pretty much knew I couldn't go wrong with a combination of the two. These are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside and just so yummy... your tummy will thank me for this recipe!

Recipe adapted from here.

Ingredients:
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Mix the Nutella, sugar, flour, and egg together really well. The mixture will be a little crumbly, and this is okay. Don't be afraid to get in there and mix with your hands!
2. Mix in the chocolate chips (again, you may have to use your hands!).
3. Form 1-inch balls out of the dough and place on a cookie sheet.
4. Flatten the dough with your hands or the bottom of a glass.
5. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.

Mixing...

See? Kinda crumbly. It's okay.

Adding the chocolate chips.

Spheres of dough...

Flattening with a glass...

Ready for the oven!

Ta-da!

Delicious!!

Enjoy!
