I think it's a good assortment... if I do all of it, I'll definitely have a lot of wonderful memories and experiences to look back on after I turn 30!
I tried to fill the list with things that will challenge me, but are also realistic. I don't want to turn 30 and only have half of it done... I really want to finish the whole thing. I've actually already begun a few of them, so I'm off to a good start!
Do any of y'all have a 30 Before 30 list? I'd love to see yours - share your link!

thanks so much for your sweet comment the other day!
ReplyDeletei have honestly never thought about what i'd like to put on a 30 before 30 list. but i guess it would look something like, for starters:
1. have an eight year old and, god-willing, a few more little ones running around.
2. hopefully own, but at least live in, a house.
3. have two cars, one of which will almost definitely be a minivan.
4. be debt-free, except for the above mentioned house.
5. go on a no-kids vacation for our five year anniversary.
6. with my siblings, treat my parents to a trip for their thirty year anniversary.
I have never thought about doing this before, should give it a try even though i hit the dreaded 30 this year *sob, sob*.
DeleteNice piece. Food for thought
Here is my 30 Before 30 list: http://www.ncsuz.com/2008/07/welcome.html
ReplyDeleteI started 2 years before I turned 30 and am still working on a few and I'm 31 now. Oh well! Life didn't end at 30 and they were still things I wanted to do!
I can't believe you are going to pay off your mortgage before 30! How in the heck are you doing that? You must post about it!
Sounds so fun! I hope you get to accomplish every one of these!
ReplyDelete31st May - Happy birthday to you! Hope you have a great day.

I just wanted to stop by and say Hi!!! I see we have a lot in common. First things first, good luck on your Bar Exam in November, I am taking my LSAT in October, so it is very exciting. What I really love about your blog is that you show I can still do the things I love, such as crafting and still focus on many other things :). I really enjoy your blog.
