Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

These are so easy and make a great addition to just about any meal!

Modified from the basic biscuit recipe on the side of the Bisquick container...

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups bisquick (or similar biscuit mix... I used Kroger brand because I don't like paying the extra 20 cents for the real stuff)
2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic salt (or 1/3 tsp garlic powder and 2/3 tsp salt)

Directions:
1. Put the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients into dough.
3. Form the dough into biscuits and put them on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 425 for 10ish minutes.

Ta-da!

Perfect with chicken pasta soup!
